Robin Harmony is the head coach of the University of Pittsburgh women's basketball program in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a position she assumed on March 23, 2026.
A Pennsylvania native from Hershey, Harmony arrived at Pitt with 369 career wins over 19 seasons as a head coach. Before joining the Panthers, she led the College of Charleston from 2019 to 2026 and became the winningest coach of the school's Division I era with 122 victories. Her final season there was the most successful in program history, as Charleston won 27 games and claimed both the 2025-26 CAA regular-season title and the conference tournament championship, each a first for the program. That season also brought Harmony CAA Coach of the Year honors and marked her second straight 25-win campaign.
