Robert Pinter was officially named an assistant coach for South Carolina swimming and diving on April 27, 2021. He was the first hire on new head coach Jeff Poppell’s staff for the Gamecocks. His previous college coaching stints include assistant coach positions at the University of Iowa, University of Wisconsin–Madison, and Georgia Tech.
