Robbie Fields

Robbie Fields serves as the head coach of the Jacksonville State women’s golf program, leading the Gamecocks in NCAA Division I competition. As head coach, Fields oversees all aspects of the program, including recruiting, player development, tournament preparation, scheduling, and academic progress. His leadership focuses on building a competitive roster capable of contending within Conference USA while maintaining strong academic standards and personal development among student-athletes. Fields emphasizes technical skill refinement, course management strategy, and mental toughness as core components of the program’s philosophy. Under his direction, the Gamecocks have continued to grow their competitive presence through structured practice plans, performance analytics, and a commitment to consistency in tournament play. Fields works closely with each golfer to create individualized development plans designed to maximize performance at the collegiate level. In addition to on-course coaching, he manages recruiting efforts aimed at attracting talented players who align with the culture and long-term vision of Jacksonville State women’s golf.
