Assistant Coach
Riley LaBoe is an assistant coach for the Stevens Institute of Technology softball program in Hoboken, New Jersey, joining the Ducks’ coaching staff in 2024. Prior to her appointment at Stevens, LaBoe served as a graduate assistant coach at Wheeling University, where she spent two seasons working closely with the softball program. In that role she contributed to practice planning, administrative support, and team operations, helping the Cardinals secure 17 wins in her tenure. LaBoe also has experience as a player and student-manager with the Wheeling University softball team, having competed on the field before transitioning into coaching. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and a Master of Business Administration from Wheeling University, bringing both athletic and academic insight to her coaching duties with the Ducks.
