A collegiate coaching veteran of 11 years, Ricky Davey enters his second season on staff and first season as the program's associate head coach in 2025. Elevated to associate head coach in March of 2025, Ricky Davey joined the Bears ahead of the 2024 campaign as the program's assistant coach and recruiting coordinator. In his first season on staff, Davey helped lead the Bears to a 6-5-7 record, highlighted by a win over American Athletic Conference regular season champion Memphis and a draw at third-ranked North Carolina.
