Rich Gunnell serves as Assistant Head Coach / Wide Receivers for College of the Holy Cross's Football program in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Rich Gunnell enters the 2026 season in his fourth year as Holy Cross’ wide receivers coach and pass game coordinator, and his second as an assistant head coach. Throughout his tenure, Gunnell has helped lead some of the top offenses in the entire nation, guiding the Crusaders to three consecutive Patriot League titles from 2022 to 2024. In 2024 and 2025, he helped guide receiver Max Mosey to earn All-Patriot League accolades in back-to-back seasons.
