Reynaldo Radlin is the associate head coach for track and field and cross country at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, where he coaches the sprints, hurdles, and relays and has also overseen the horizontal jumps for the past two seasons with assistance from Coach Chirinos. He was promoted to associate head track and field coach in October 2025 and is in his fourth year on the Mason staff.
At George Mason, Radlin has coached five individual NCAA Championship first-round qualifiers and one qualifying relay in his first three seasons. His event groups have contributed to three Atlantic 10 team titles: the 2023 women's outdoor championship, the 2025 women's indoor championship, and the 2025 men's outdoor championship. Mason athletes under his guidance have also won nine individual A-10 titles and five relay titles, produced 26 conference medal performances, and qualified five times for their respective national U20 championships, including in the United States, Canada, and Spain.
