Rachel Crane is an assistant coach for Quinnipiac University's women's lacrosse team in Hamden, Connecticut, and entered her second season on the staff in 2025-26. In the 2025 campaign, Quinnipiac produced its best offensive season in 15 years, recording 239 goals and 342 points, with its highest assist total since 2013. The Bobcats also matched their most wins since 2011, reached the MAAC postseason, and had six all-conference selections, including Shannon Alden, who was named MAAC Rookie of the Year and MAAC Goalie of the Year.
A Henrietta, New York, native and Niagara graduate, Crane came to Quinnipiac after five seasons at Niagara, where she established herself as one of the program's top midfielders. She was a two-time MAAC Midfielder of the Year, finished among the program leaders in goals, points, draw controls, and caused turnovers, and was part of Niagara's first MAAC championship team in 2024.
