Phoenix Baltrus serves as an assistant coach for the Portland State University women’s soccer program, contributing to the development and support of student-athletes within the Vikings’ competitive Big Sky Conference environment. In this role, Baltrus assists with training sessions, game preparation, and player development, working closely with the coaching staff to implement tactical strategies and foster team culture.
