Phoebe Schultz serves as an assistant coach for the Bellevue College softball program, returning to her home state of Washington to begin her collegiate coaching career. A native of Snohomish, Washington, Schultz was a standout player at Glacier Peak High School, where she was a four-year varsity starter. Despite her senior season being cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic, she earned numerous accolades, including multiple all-conference and all-area selections, as well as all-county, all-state, and all-region honors. She was also recognized as one of the top 10 outfielders in Washington heading into her senior year.
Schultz continued her playing career at the collegiate level, beginning at Utah Tech University before transferring to San Francisco State University. During her senior season in 2024, she led her team in home runs and ranked near the top in several offensive categories, helping guide the program to one of its few postseason appearances. Known for her well-rounded offensive game and leadership, she also earned the Golden Gator Award for embodying the program’s core values. Academically, Schultz excelled as a student-athlete, earning multiple All-American Scholar Athlete honors and graduating summa cum laude with a degree in Sociology. She now brings her experience, leadership, and academic excellence to Bellevue College while pursuing her master’s degree.
