Phil Kahn

Phil Kahn serves as an assistant coach for the Stockton University baseball program, contributing to the Ospreys’ continued competitiveness in the NJAC and NCAA Division III. In his role, Kahn assists with practice planning, player development, scouting, recruiting, and game-day strategy. Working closely with the head coach and staff, he supports the growth of the program while helping maintain high standards of preparation and performance. As a member of the coaching staff, Kahn plays an important role in mentoring student-athletes both on and off the field. He focuses on skill refinement, positional instruction, and fostering a disciplined team culture that emphasizes accountability and academic achievement. Through his involvement, Kahn helps strengthen the foundation of Stockton baseball as the program pursues conference success and postseason opportunities.
