Peter-John Falloon
Assistant Coach
Peter-John Falloon is an experienced collegiate soccer coach serving as an Assistant Coach for the University of Miami women’s soccer program. He joined the Hurricanes ahead of the 2024 season, bringing nearly two decades of coaching experience at the collegiate and semi-professional levels, along with service as a United States Soccer scout. In his first season in Coral Gables, Falloon helped Miami post a 5–8–4 overall record, a two-win improvement from the previous year, while contributing to a defensive and developmental structure that produced multiple ACC weekly honors and postseason recognition. Freshman Giovana Canali earned ACC Offensive Player of the Week accolades and was named to the All-ACC Freshman Team and Third Team All-ACC, while Claireese Foley and Emilie McCartney received ACC Defensive Player of the Week honors.
Prior to Miami, Falloon spent seven seasons as head coach at Kean University, where he compiled a 57–40–20 overall record and led the Cougars to the 2021 Eastern College Athletic Conference championship, the program’s first since 2010. His tenure at Kean produced an All-American, multiple conference award winners, and more than 20 all-conference selections. Before Kean, Falloon served nearly a decade as head coach at Bloomfield College, guiding the Bears to a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference regular-season title and the program’s only conference tournament championship in 2015, while earning conference Coach of the Year honors during an unbeaten campaign. A native of Saint Andrew, Jamaica, Falloon played collegiately for four years before earning his bachelor’s degree from Kean University, and his career has also included coaching roles within the NPSL, USL, junior college ranks, and talent identification work with U.S. Soccer.
