Peri Farling is an assistant coach for the University of Delaware men's swimming and diving program in Newark, Delaware, beginning her first season with the Blue Hens in 2025-26 as the program enters the Atlantic Sun Conference.
Farling arrived at Delaware after serving as the top assistant coach at Division III Dickinson College in 2024-25. In her season with the Red Devils, the men's team posted an 8-2 dual-meet record and the women went 7-4. Both teams closed the regular season on extended winning streaks, finished fourth at the Centennial Conference Championships, and recorded their best conference finish since 2020. Dickinson also produced one men's swimmer and one women's swimmer who earned Centennial Conference honorable mention during her year on staff.
