Paula Miller is the director of tennis and head coach of the women's tennis program at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. She took over the program in 2014-15 after 15 seasons as a Quinnipiac assistant and two seasons as the associate head coach for the men's and women's teams. Before joining the staff, she played for the Bobcats and graduated from Quinnipiac in 1996 with a degree in health administration.
Since becoming head coach, Miller has built one of the MAAC's most successful women's tennis programs. Quinnipiac has won or shared 11 MAAC regular-season titles and captured nine MAAC tournament championships under her leadership, earning nine NCAA tournament appearances. Those NCAA bids are the most by any MAAC women's tennis program. Her teams opened Quinnipiac's MAAC era with a 43-0 conference record from 2013 through 2019, and they have gone 73-2 in MAAC regular-season play overall, including 10 undefeated league seasons. She has won MAAC Coach of the Year honors nine times.
