Patrick Isberg is an operations coordinator for Northeastern University's men's basketball program in Boston, Massachusetts, entering his first season in 2024-25 after serving as a graduate assistant in 2023-24. Before that promotion, he spent five seasons as a student manager with the Huskies and was the head manager for his final three years.
At Northeastern, his work has included coordinating team travel, overseeing office operations, and serving as a liaison with departmental support services. As a graduate assistant, he supported the program across film breakdown, opponent scouting, practice execution, administrative work, and analytics-based reporting designed to inform player development and coaching decisions. His time with the program coincided with Northeastern's return to the NCAA Tournament in 2019 and the CAA regular-season title in 2021.
