Patrick Gallagher is the Philip H. Bartels ’71 Head Coach of the Women’s Swimming & Diving program at Cornell University. He has served with Cornell as assistant and head coach and also was head coach at Saint Francis University before returning to the Big Red. Gallagher has guided Cornell swimmers to numerous individual and relay top-10 performances
