Patrick Aylward is an assistant coach for the Villanova University golf program in Villanova, Pennsylvania, and has been a member of the staff for 10 seasons. Before joining Villanova, he spent 10 seasons as the top assistant coach at the University of Delaware.
Aylward began his coaching career as a volunteer assistant at Marymount, then became head coach at his alma mater in 1999. He left Marymount as the program's all-time winningest coach, and his players established six school records for lowest team and individual match scores. A native of Highland Falls, New York, Aylward played four years at Marymount and earned a bachelor's degree in health and fitness management.
