Pat Malone serves as Assistant Swim Coach for Rutgers University's Swimming & Diving program in Piscataway, New Jersey.
Pat Malone joined the Rutgers women's swimming & diving staff as an assistant in July of 2024 and recently completed his second season on the staff in the 2025-2026 season. Malone arrived "On The Banks" after spending the last three seasons as an assistant coach at UMBC. During his time with the Retrievers, the men's program captured back-to-back America East Championships in 2022 and 2023 while both the men's and women's teams combined for 36 America East champions.
