Ollie Goss is an assistant coach for the Boston College women's basketball program in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, a position he was announced for on April 13, 2021. Before joining Boston College, he spent four seasons at Bradley, where the program improved from four wins in his first year to 20 by his final season. Bradley led the Missouri Valley Conference in scoring defense in its last season under that staff, ranked first in the league in three-point shooting, and finished near the top of the conference in three-pointers made and assist-to-turnover ratio. The team also produced multiple all-conference players and its first MVC Newcomer of the Year.
Earlier in his career, Goss spent six seasons at Northwestern, working across the men's and women's programs as part of teams that combined for a 124-64 record, reached the NCAA Tournament twice, finished as WNIT runner-up, and won a Big Ten regular-season title. His responsibilities included daily operations, film work, and game preparation. He also served as a graduate manager for Northwestern's men's team and was on staff when the Wildcats earned the first NCAA Tournament berth in program history. Additional experience includes a basketball operations internship at IMG Academy and work as a recruiting coordinator at Next College Student Athlete. Goss earned a bachelor's degree in sports management from Bowling Green State University in 2013 and a master's degree in sports administration from Northwestern in 2017. He began coaching at the high school level in his hometown of Rossford, Ohio.
