Olivia Mills is an assistant coach for the University of Louisville women's soccer program in Louisville, Kentucky. She joined Karen Ferguson-Dayes' staff in February 2024 after five seasons as an assistant coach at Elon, where she worked primarily with goalkeepers and defenders.
In her first two seasons at Louisville, Mills oversaw strong defensive and goalkeeping results. In 2025, the Cardinals returned to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2019, finished 13-5-3 overall and 6-2-2 in ACC play, and advanced to the second round for only the fourth time in program history. Louisville's 13 regular-season victories set a program record. Goalkeeper Erynn Floyd started all 21 matches and posted a .758 save percentage with a 0.78 goals-against average, while the team recorded 12 shutouts. Louisville was unbeaten at home at 10-0-2, gave up only four goals in 12 home matches, and Floyd's 10 solo shutouts tied for the second-highest single-season total in program history. In Mills' first season, Louisville went 7-6-5 overall and 2-5-3 in ACC play. The Cardinals produced seven shutouts, allowed 23 goals, and finished with a 1.28 team goals-against average. Floyd appeared in 14 matches and recorded a 0.70 goals-against average, Louisville's lowest single-season mark by a player since 2007.
