Noelle Frost is the associate head coach for Towson University field hockey in Towson, Maryland, and enters her fourth season with the program in 2026. After joining Towson as an assistant coach, she moved into the associate head coach role for the 2025 season. Frost arrived from the University of Maryland, where she served as a volunteer assistant beginning in March 2022 and worked on technical instruction, tactical development, and goalkeeping. Maryland won the 2022 Big Ten regular-season title, reached the NCAA Division I semifinals, and its staff received NFHCA Mid-Atlantic Coaching Staff of the Year honors. At the same time, Frost coached goalkeepers at Johns Hopkins, where the team won the Centennial Conference regular-season and tournament titles, finished as the NCAA Division III national runner-up, and earned NFHCA Division III Region V Coaching Staff of the Year recognition.
A native of Glenwood, Maryland, Frost graduated from Maryland in December 2021 with degrees in kinesiology and communications. She was a three-year starter for the Terrapins and was part of Big Ten championship teams in 2016, 2018, and 2019, the 2017 Big Ten tournament championship team, national runner-up finishes in 2017 and 2018, and an NCAA semifinal team in 2021. She also competed internationally as a member of the United States National Indoor Field Hockey Team. Frost holds USA Field Hockey Level I and Level II coaching certifications, a Level I umpire certification, and SafeSport certification.
