Noah Fossner serves as Assistant Coach for Yale University's Men's Lacrosse program in New Haven, Connecticut.
Noah Fossner joined the Yale men's lacrosse staff in July 2025 as an Assistant Coach. In his first season on Yale’s staff serving as Defensive Coordinator, he helped Shay during a breakthrough 2026 season for Yale, helping shape one of the strongest defensive units in the nation. Working with a young roster featuring 13 first-years, Fossner played an integral role in the team’s rapid development after a 3–4 start and early 0–2 league mark, contributing to a midseason turnaround in which Yale won six of seven games to emerge as a legitimate postseason contender.
