Nico Piraino is the chief of staff for Temple football in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He joined the Owls in 2024 after serving as Eastern Michigan's director of football operations during the 2023 season, and he was promoted to chief of staff in February 2025. Piraino works closely with head coach K.C. Keeler and oversees program operations on and off the field.
Before Eastern Michigan, Piraino interned in community development with the Houston Texans, supporting player and community outreach, event organization, and fundraising efforts. He was also a four-year student manager at Penn State, where he earned a bachelor's degree in elementary and early childhood education and made the Dean's List.
