Nicole McMullen joined Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania, for the 2019-20 season as director of operations for the track and field and cross country programs. She works across the day-to-day operations of the men's and women's teams and serves as a contact point with other offices in the athletic department.
Before arriving at Villanova, McMullen spent several years at Pope John Paul II High School in Royersford, Pennsylvania. She was the school's athletic director from August 2015 to May 2019, overseeing a program of more than 400 athletes and 50 coaches across 19 varsity sports. Her responsibilities included scheduling, transportation, budgeting, compliance with PIAA rules, supervision of indoor and outdoor athletic facilities, and oversight of the Athletic Booster Club and fundraising efforts. She also developed improved procedures for student recognition and worked with the enrollment office and coaching staffs to connect with CYO student-athletes.
