Nicole Flores is the head coach of the Virginia Commonwealth University women's lacrosse program in Richmond, Virginia, and entered her fourth season in charge after taking over in July 2021.
Under Flores, VCU reached the Atlantic 10 Championship in 2024 as the No. 5 seed, marking the program's third conference tournament appearance in its first nine seasons. That team also recorded the program's first victory over Richmond. In 2023, her second season, VCU set a program record for wins. Her players have also earned conference recognition during her tenure, including All-Atlantic 10, All-Rookie, and All-Academic honors.
