Nick Zorn is an assistant swimming coach for the University of Louisville swimming and diving program in Louisville, Kentucky, and joined the Cardinals' staff in June 2021 after three seasons as an assistant coach at Florida State.
At Louisville, Zorn has been on staff for strong results on both the men's and women's sides. In 2022-23, the women placed fourth at the NCAA Championships, earned a team trophy, and had eight First Team All-Americans after finishing third at the ACC Championships and ending the regular season ranked eighth in the CSCAA poll. That season also included USA Swimming National Team recognition for Gabi Albiero, All-America honors for diver Else Praasterink, and 10 women on the ACC All-Academic list. The men finished 13th at the NCAA Championships, ranked 14th in the polls, and took third at the ACC meet, with ACC titles from Abdelrahman Elaraby in the 50 freestyle and Denis Petrashov in the 200 breaststroke. Five Cardinals earned All-America honors, 11 qualified for the U.S. National Championships, and several Louisville swimmers received academic recognition from the ACC.
