Nick Griffith was hired by Temple Football in February 2025 and currently serves as the director of scouting, where he is responsible for the player evaluation process relative to the transfer portal. Griffith was also named pro liaison in 2026 and serves as the first point of contact for NFL personnel scouting Temple players. He came to Philadelphia after one year at Georgia as the player personnel analyst, when the Bulldogs won the SEC Championship.
