Nick Edwards serves as Wide Receivers for Oklahoma State University's Football program in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Edwards was hired as Oklahoma State's wide receivers coach in December of 2025. He joined the Cowboys from the same position at Wake Forest.
A 13-year coaching veteran, Edwards has a decade of experience coaching wide receivers at the collegiate level. His 2025 receivers helped Wake Forest rank No. 22 nationally and second in the ACC with an average of 13.15 yards per completion, led by Carlos Hernandez who was No. 27 among all Power 4 receivers with 15.82 yards per catch. Prior to that, Edwards was part of several prolific offensive staffs with Washington State, the Atlanta Falcons, Cal Poly, the Minnesota Vikings, California and Eastern Washington. During that time he coached Cooper Kupp, who went on to become an NFL Offensive Player of the Year, Super Bowl MVP and Pro Bowl selection, at Eastern Washington and Kyle Williams, who went on to become a 2025 third-round draft pick of the New England Patriots, at Washington State.
