Nick Conklu has served as an assistant coach for George Washington University's men's soccer program in Washington, District of Columbia, since July 2024. A native of the DMV, he joined GW after coaching and playing at multiple levels, including NCAA Division I, Division II, youth academy, and semi-professional soccer.
Before arriving at George Washington, Conklu spent the 2023 season at the University of the District of Columbia as a volunteer assistant and goalkeeper coach. His work there included organizing goalkeeper training sessions, preparing match analysis and opponent scouting reports, and assisting with team training, game preparation, and local recruiting. UDC reached the East Coast Conference tournament final that season and produced an ECC Third Team All-Conference goalkeeper.
