Morgan Halady is a graduate assistant coach for the Central Washington University volleyball program, joining the Wildcats’ coaching staff in 2025 following a strong collegiate playing career at CWU. As a middle blocker, she was a key contributor during the 2023 and 2024 seasons, helping lead the Wildcats to a GNAC Championship in 2024. In her final season, Halady started all 25 matches, recording 107 kills and 108 total blocks while earning All-GNAC Honorable Mention recognition. Known for her presence at the net, she consistently contributed as both an offensive and defensive force.
Prior to her time at Central Washington, Halady competed at Portland State University, where she was part of a successful program that compiled a combined 38-24 record during her tenure. She later transferred to CWU and quickly made an impact, leading the team in hitting percentage during the 2023 season and earning GNAC Academic All-Conference honors. A Washington native, she starred at Kingston High School, where she earned All-State and All-League recognition and helped lead her team to multiple state tournament appearances. Halady graduated in 2024 with a degree in School Psychology and is currently pursuing an Educational Specialist degree, bringing both academic focus and recent playing experience to her role as she helps develop the Wildcats’ frontcourt players.
