Molly Milligan enters her second season as a Stanford women's rowing assistant coach in 2025-26. She was part of the staff for Stanford's 2025 national championship season, when the Cardinal won its fourth straight conference title, swept all five ACC boat titles, and captured NCAA titles in the varsity four and second varsity eight.
Milligan came to Stanford after two seasons as a Navy women's rowing assistant, helping the Mids win the 2023 Patriot League Championship. She also coached as a graduate assistant at Wisconsin after rowing collegiately for Princeton.
