Associate Head Coach
Milan Zarkovic joined the UCLA Bruins men’s volleyball program as Associate Head Coach for the 2026 season after spending the previous 12 seasons with the University of Hawaiʻi men’s volleyball program. While at Hawaiʻi, Zarkovic helped lead the Rainbow Warriors to back-to-back NCAA national championships in 2021 and 2022, as well as runner-up finishes in 2019 and 2023—establishing himself as a top-flight recruiter and developer of elite talent. Born in Serbia, Zarkovic brings over two decades of professional club coaching experience across multiple countries, with championship titles from Cyprus, Tunisia, the UAE and Serbia. At UCLA he is expected to leverage his extensive global networks, elite-competition pedigree and player-development expertise to enhance the Bruins’ competitive depth and international recruiting footprint.
