Mike Webb
Assistant Coach
Mike Webb is a longtime assistant coach with the University of Mary Washington men’s soccer program, serving under both former head coaches Roy Gordon and Jason Kilby for more than three decades. He has contributed to over 400 wins, 12 conference championships, and two Final Four appearances during his tenure at UMW.
Before his collegiate coaching career, Webb was one of Virginia’s most successful high-school soccer coaches. At Chancellor High School, his teams captured two state championships, qualified for the state tournament 17 times, won 12 regional titles and 21 district championships. He was named Virginia State Coach of the Year three times and was inducted into the Virginia High School Hall of Fame in 2021. As a collegiate player at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), Webb was a four-time all-conference performer and retired as the school’s all-time leader in both goals and assists; he was inducted into the IUP Athletic Hall of Fame in 2010
