Mike Silianoff is the assistant head coach and offensive line coach for Duquesne University football in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and entered his 19th season on the staff in 2025.
A former Westminster College teammate of Duquesne head coach Jerry Schmitt, Silianoff has been part of a period that included nine conference championships, spanning MAAC titles in 2006 and 2007 and NEC crowns in 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2023, and 2025. Duquesne also reached the NCAA FCS playoffs three times during his tenure, and the 2018 team earned the program's first FCS playoff victory with a rushing total of 282 yards in a win at Towson.
