Mike Roters serves as Head Coach for University of Tulsa's Women's Golf program in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Roters was appointed as the next University of Tulsa women's golf coach in July of 2024. A former golf professional, Roters has spent three seasons at South Carolina as an assistant coach on the women's golf team under Head Coach Kalen Anderson prior to coming to Tulsa.
Roters’ success continued during his second season at Tulsa, as he guided the Golden Hurricane to a second consecutive American Conference Championship. The title marked Tulsa’s first back-to-back conference championships since the 2004 and 2005 seasons and added to the program’s rich tradition of success, which now includes 15 conference championships across multiple conference affiliations. At the American Conference Championship, Tulsa placed three golfers inside the top 10, the most of any team in the field. Under his leadership, the Golden Hurricane advanced to the program’s 22nd NCAA Regional appearance and recorded seven top-five finishes during the 2025-26 campaign.
