Mike Pallister is the associate head coach for the University of Louisville field hockey program in Louisville, Kentucky, having joined Justine Sowry's staff in May 2025.
In his first season with the Cardinals, Louisville hosted the Atlantic Coast Conference Championship and finished 8-10 overall with a 2-6 conference record. The team secured the No. 8 seed for the ACC tournament by defeating ninth-ranked Syracuse 3-2 in the regular-season finale, then took an early lead against top-seeded North Carolina before falling 2-1 in the opening round. After the season, Izzy Bianco, Lauren Masters, and Annabel Sep were named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association All-West Region team, and Sep also earned second-team All-ACC recognition.
