Mike Larkin is the head coach of the Towson University men's golf program in Towson, Maryland. A former Towson golfer, he was appointed the 11th head coach in program history on May 15, 2017.
Under Larkin, Towson has posted several notable team results in recent seasons. In 2023-24, a young roster with six freshmen produced third-place finishes at the Lehigh Invitational and Southern Invitational. Michael Matheson tied for fifth at the Southern Invitational, while Sky Aung recorded the team's lowest 18-hole score of the season with a 68 in the final round of the CAA Championships. In 2022-23, the Tigers recorded six top-five team finishes, highlighted by a runner-up result at the Hartford Hawk Invitational and a third-place showing at the Southern Invitational. Julian Gonzalez tied for eighth at Hartford and shot a career-low 66, earning CAA Golfer of the Week honors, while Jeremy Summerson finished third at the Southern Invitational and also received a CAA weekly award.
