Mike Hart is the running backs coach for Boston College football in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, and begins his first season on the staff after working as an offensive analyst at Eastern Michigan in 2025.
Hart arrived at Boston College with 14 years of college coaching experience that included stops at Eastern Michigan, Western Michigan, Syracuse, Indiana, and Michigan. His most recent season at Eastern Michigan featured a productive offense that included a 1,000-yard rusher in Dontae McMillan, four additional 100-yard rushing performances from other backs, the top fourth-down offense in the Mid-American Conference, and a red-zone unit that ranked first in the MAC and second nationally.
