Mike Eineker
Head Coach
Mike Eineker enters the 2025–26 season in his 18th year as head coach of the Ramapo College women’s basketball program and his 22nd overall season in collegiate coaching. During his tenure in Mahwah, he has guided the Roadrunners to five NJAC Tournament appearances and five ECAC Tournament berths, compiling 174 victories at Ramapo and 260 career wins overall. The program captured the 2023–24 ECAC Tournament Championship, highlighted by standout performances from Jada Thompson and Jackie Ventricelli. Ventricelli earned NJAC Defensive Player of the Year honors multiple times and All-Conference recognition, reflecting the competitive growth of the program under Eineker’s leadership.
Prior to Ramapo, Eineker spent four seasons as head coach at FDU-Florham, posting a 61–48 record and leading the Devils to three ECAC Tournament appearances and two Freedom Conference Tournament berths. His earlier experience includes serving as head coach at Bloomfield College, assistant coaching roles at Princeton University, Lafayette College, and Boston University, and a stint as head boys’ coach at Boonton High School. A 1995 graduate of Montclair State University and former collegiate player at Caldwell College, Eineker brings decades of coaching experience across multiple levels. He resides in Clifton, New Jersey, with his wife Amanda and their two sons.
