Mika Robinson
Head Coach
Mika Robinson has served as the Head Coach of the Rollins College Women’s Volleyball program in Winter Park, Florida, since the 2016–17 season, becoming the ninth head coach in program history when she was appointed on February 3, 2016. Under her leadership, Rollins student-athletes have earned conference honors, All-Region recognition, and academic awards, reflecting her commitment to both competitive success and academic excellence. Her teams have been regular recipients of the AVCA Team Academic Award and have featured multiple All-Conference and All-Region performers. Robinson’s coaching philosophy emphasizes holistic development, fostering growth on the court, in the classroom, and as leaders within the Rollins community.
Before joining Rollins, Robinson spent eight successful seasons as head volleyball coach at Berry College in Mount Berry, Georgia, where she compiled a 169–88 record, secured three conference championships, and guided the Vikings to two NCAA tournament appearances. Earlier in her career, she was Associate Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Idaho State University, helping the Bengals to multiple Big Sky Conference Tournament appearances. A 1996 graduate of Harvard University, Robinson was a four-year member and senior captain of the Crimson volleyball team, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in psychology. Her experience also includes high school and club coaching, where she led teams to district championships and elite playoff runs, earning coach-of-the-year recognition along the way.
