Michi Ellers is a volunteer assistant coach for the Villanova women's lacrosse program in Villanova, Pennsylvania, joining the staff in fall 2023 after three seasons as head coach at Bryn Mawr College. She spent seven years at Bryn Mawr overall and previously co-founded the Philly Gamers youth lacrosse club, where she coached for four years.
Ellers played at Georgetown, where she earned a psychology degree and started for four years while helping the Hoyas reach four consecutive NCAA Tournaments and back-to-back national title games. After graduating in 2004, she returned to Georgetown as an assistant coach for seven years.
