Michael Lindsey

Michael Lindsey serves as an assistant coach for the University of Alabama in Huntsville men’s lacrosse program, supporting the Chargers’ efforts in the Peach Belt Conference. In his role, Lindsey assists with player development, practice organization, scouting reports, and recruiting coordination. He works closely with student-athletes to refine positional skills, enhance lacrosse IQ, and prepare the team for conference and non-conference competition. His contributions help reinforce the program’s emphasis on discipline, preparation, and competitive consistency. As part of the UAH coaching staff, Lindsey plays an important role in mentoring student-athletes both on and off the field. His coaching philosophy centers on fundamentals, teamwork, and accountability while fostering personal growth and leadership development. Through daily instruction and collaborative planning with the head coach and fellow assistants, Lindsey helps cultivate a culture that prioritizes resilience and continuous improvement. His involvement strengthens the overall structure of the Chargers’ lacrosse program in Huntsville, Alabama.
