Michael Gordon is the head coach of the Villanova University women's water polo team in Villanova, Pennsylvania. He became the program's seventh head coach in July 2023 after joining Villanova in 2018 and spending five seasons as an assistant.
Through his first three seasons leading the program, Gordon posted a 62-32 record, including a 19-13 mark in MAAC play and a 23-4 record at the Villanova Swim Complex. Under his direction, Villanova produced seven All-MAAC selections, three MAAC major award winners, and two ACWPC All-Americans.
