Max Brower joined the University of Maine football program in Orono, Maine, in 2026 as head football sports performance coach. Before arriving at Maine, he served as assistant director of sport performance at Southeastern Louisiana University.
At Southeastern Louisiana, Brower worked as the lead assistant in strength and conditioning and oversaw return-to-play efforts. He also designed and directed training for softball, women's soccer, and men's golf.
