Matt Teesdale is an assistant coach for Temple men's golf in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and joined the staff in October 2015 after finishing his playing career with the Owls.
A Horsham, Pennsylvania, native, Teesdale competed for Temple from 2012 to 2015 and ranked among the team's top players over his final three seasons. He posted stroke averages of 74.4 as a sophomore, 75.1 as a junior, and 75.6 as a senior. His playing highlights included winning the 2014 Philadelphia Open Championship, sharing medalist honors at the 2013 Princeton Invitational at four-under-par 209, recording four top-10 finishes, and advancing to match play at the 2014 U.S. Amateur Championship.
