Matthew Manley is the Director of Basketball Operations for the Boston College women's basketball program in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, joining the Eagles on April 27, 2026. He arrived at Boston College after four years at Bradley, where he first served as video coordinator in 2022 before moving into the director of operations position. At Bradley, his work included arranging team travel, managing schedules, supporting scouting preparation, and overseeing the day-to-day logistics of the program.
Before Bradley, Manley was a graduate assistant at Mount Vernon Nazarene, where he also directed the junior varsity team. He was part of a staff that produced multiple all-conference players, including NAIA All-American honorable mention Maggie Coe. An Ohio native, Manley earned a business administration degree from Youngstown State in 2020 and completed a master's degree at Mount Vernon Nazarene in 2022. He has also worked with the Youngstown State men's basketball program and held an administrative position at Leetonia Exempted Village Schools.
