Matthew Der Torossian serves as Tight Ends Coach / Community Service Co-Coordinator for University at Albany's Football program in Albany, New York.
Matthew Der Torossian joined the University at Albany in January 2026 and currently serves as the team’s tight ends coach. Der Torossian arrived in the Capital Region following a successful stint at Susquehanna University, where he served as the wide receivers coach and kickoff return coordinator during the 2024 and 2025 seasons. During his tenure with the River Hawks, he was a key contributor to an offensive staff that led the program to consecutive Landmark Conference championships and deep runs in the NCAA Division III playoffs, including a historic semifinal appearance in 2024.
