Mason Poli is the head coach of the Quinnipiac University men's lacrosse team in Hamden, Connecticut, and completed his eighth season in that position in 2026 after spending four previous seasons on the Bobcats' staff as an assistant. He was promoted to interim head coach for the 2019 season and was officially named head coach on May 10, 2019, becoming the sixth head coach in program history and the program's third at the Division I level.
Poli took over a program he had already served as defensive coordinator, with responsibilities that also included scouting, skill development, recruiting, and academics. In his first season leading the team, Quinnipiac went 9-7 overall and 5-2 in MAAC play, reached the conference tournament championship game for the third time in program history, and gave Poli the most wins and best winning percentage among first-year Division I head coaches that season.
