Martina Gavier serves as Director of Golf Operations and Assistant Coach for University of Arkansas's Men's Golf program in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Arkansas men’s and women’s golf has added Martina Gavier as a member of the staff in September 2023 and serves as the Director of Golf Operations and assistant coach. The former Symetra Tour player and decorated collegiate golfer has over seven years of coaching experience.
Gavier will have coaching responsibilities with the nationally ranked men’s and women’s programs and will also take charge of the day-to-day operational duties, which include scheduling, travel plans, academic progress and administrative assistance, among other duties. In year one at Arkansas, Gavier helped both the men’s and women’s programs rank among the nation’s top 10. Also, both programs produced All-Americans in Jacob Skov Olesen and Maria Jose Marin, each going on to play for Team International in the 2024 Arnold Palmer Cup. In 2024-25, the Arkansas women’s team was ranked #1 or #2 all season, reached the NCAA final eight and Jose Marin won the 2025 NCAA Individual Championship as well as being the recipient of the Honda Award.
