Marlon Williamson enters his fourth season as an assistant coach for Rutgers men’s basketball in 2026-27. He joined the Scarlet Knights ahead of the 2023-24 season after serving as an assistant coach at Central Michigan University from 2021-23. Known as a top-tier recruiter with deep ties in Detroit, throughout Michigan, the Midwest, and the East Coast, Williamson brings over 20 years of coaching experience to Rutgers.
